Money Back Guarantee
All of our software products come with a free trial version, allowing you to evaluate the software before making a purchase. These trials provide full functionality for a limited time or restrict certain features until the final step (for instance, recovery tools let you preview recoverable items before finalizing). This way, you can determine if our software meets your needs prior to placing an order.
iReaShare offers a 90-day Money Back Guarantee. Refunds cannot be processed after this period due to the 'try-before-you-buy' policy. Refunds under this guarantee will only be issued under the following accepted conditions.
Note: Due to the immediate nature of recovery products, such as iPhone Data Recovery and iOS System Recovery, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for these items.
Accepted Circumstances for Refund
iReaShare provides refunds in the following situations within 7 or 90 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method:
- If you do not receive order confirmation or license code within 24 hours post-purchase and have not received a timely response (within one business day) from our support team, you may request a cancellation and refund. (Tips: Did not receive the license code? You can get help from the iReaShare Support. )
- If you mistakenly purchased the same product twice or bought two similar products, iReaShare will refund one of the purchases or exchange one product for you.
- If you were charged multiple times for a single product due to technical issues, we will only charge for one product and refund any extra payments.
- If the purchased software has critical technical issues and no solution is provided within 90 days, iReaShare will issue a refund if you choose not to wait for an update.
- Accidental or unintentional purchase of the optional Extended Download Service (EDS) or Registration Backup Service (RBS) alongside the product. We will assist in contacting the payment platform for a refund of these services.
- If you were unaware that your order was set to auto-renew and did not receive notification prior to the renewal, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal, and we will process a refund.
Once a refund is processed, the associated license will be deactivated, and you must uninstall the software from your device.
Unaccepted Circumstances for Refund
Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances. Depending on the situation, we may offer an exchange for the software:
- Requests that do not comply with our refund policy.
- Requests for refunds without any specific reason.
- Requests made more than 90 days after the purchase date will not be considered.
- Repeated purchases of similar or incorrect products with intent.
- Requests for exchanges for other iReaShare products.
- Dissatisfaction due to inadequate review of the product description before purchase.
- Requests for refunds on individual software programs within a software bundle.
- Refund requests based on price differences across countries or regions.
- If you refuse to cooperate with the iReaShare support team to resolve issues without valid reasons.
- Technical issues reported without providing information to our support team or refusal to try suggested solutions.
- Claims of purchasing an incorrect product from iReaShare followed by a similar purchase from a different provider without prior communication with us.
- Requests arising from user errors unrelated to the product, such as purchasing the wrong program, downloading an incorrect version, insufficient disk space, or changing your mind after the purchase.
- Refunds will not be approved for data recovery products that recover only partial data. It is advisable to use the trial version to verify recoverable data before purchasing the full version.
- Products acquired from third-party distributors are not eligible for refunds. Please reach out to your distributor directly. We will assist you in contacting them if needed.
- Refunds for products with automatic renewal will not be granted. Upon purchase, you are informed about the automatic renewal by the payment platform 2Checkout (now Verifone) and given cancellation instructions. An email reminder will be sent 7 days before the order expires. Failure to cancel in time will result in responsibility for the consequences. If needed, you can cancel the automatic renewal with the help of iReaShare Support.
- No refund will be issued if you did not receive a license code and did not contact our support team. Our system automatically sends a registration email with code upon payment receipt. However, delays may occur due to internet issues, system errors, spam filters, or typos. In such cases, you can retrieve your order information from our payment platform - 2Checkout (now Verifone) here: https://secure.2co.com/myaccount/order_lookup/ or contact our support team via email at support@ireashare.com.
- Requests related to credit card fraud or unauthorized transactions. As we work with third-party payment processors, we cannot oversee authorization during the transaction. Please contact your card issuer for resolution. We are here to help where possible.
How to Submit a Refund Request
If you meet the accepted circumstances for refund, please contact us via email at support@ireashare.com, and indicate the following information:
- The Product Name You Purchased
- Your Order ID/Reference Number/Transaction ID
- Email Address Used for Purchase
- Reason for the Refund Request
We aim to process refund requests within one business day, according to the conditions outlined above.
